Our Classes
Boxing
A sport that involves strategically punching an opponent, while defending yourself from the return punches. Most practice boxing as a way to stay in shape.
Bare- knuckle training
Bare-knuckle fighting, also known as bare-knuckle boxing, is a full-contact combat sport that originated in 17th-century England. It involves punching without padded hands and is different from street fighting because it has a set of rules.
Line Dancing
Partnerless dance in which the dancers stand side by side in a line or lines and perform, in unison, a series of set, often complex, steps to various kinds of popular
Functional Fitness
Equipped with our own weight training gym, our clients will have access to weight training, resistance training with physical activities designed to improve muscular strength and fitness by exercising specific muscles or muscle groups against resistance.
Wrestling
A sport practiced in various styles by two competitors, involving forcing an opponent to touch the ground with some part of the body other than his feet; forcing them into a certain position, usually supine (on there back); or holding them in that position for a minimum length of time.
Sparring Lab
Step into the ring and challenge yourself with Brikhouse Boxing's Non-Member Sparring Lab. This open gym is perfect for those who want to focus solely on sparring and improve their boxing skills. You don't need to be a member to join - just bring your gloves and get ready for some intense training.
