Coach Brik is a certified USA Boxing coach, referee, and judge, bringing 15 years of wrestling experience to his role. With a lifelong passion for combat sports, he transitioned from a distinguished career in the Navy to fulfill his dream of opening his own gym.

Coach Glo offers a unique blend of certified USA Boxing coaching and yoga instruction, providing clients with comprehensive fitness and wellness training. Whether your goals are to get in shape, learn self-defense, or enhance your physical and mental well-being, Coach Glo is dedicated to helping you succeed.
She collaborates with clients to develop personalized plans that maximize their strength and inner peace. Under her expert guidance, you can elevate your practice and fully benefit from the synergy of yoga and boxing.

Head Boxing Coach
Coach Mike is a highly sought-after old-school boxing coach, honed by the guidance of legendary trainers, including the esteemed John Hunter. As one of only three sparring partners preparing the legendary Pernell "Sweetpea" Whitaker for his WBC World Title challenge against José Luis Ramírez in 1984, Mike's deep roots in the sport are undeniable. Ranked 3rd in the nation in his weight class, he went on to have an undefeated professional boxing career, boasting an impressive 15-0 record. His accolades include:

- 1984 U.S. All Military World Games Champion
- 1984 Virginia Golden Gloves Champion
- 1985 All-Navy Champion
- 1985 U.S. Military Champion

Boxing Coach
Jeremy Cullors is an explosive 8–2 professional boxer with 8 knockouts, known for his power and aggressive style. He is coming off a first-round TKO victory, continuing to build momentum in the professional ranks since turning pro in June 2016.
Before boxing professionally, Cullors served his country as a United States Marine (2007–2011) with combat deployments to Iraq (2008–2009) and Afghanistan (2010–2011).
His amateur career from 2014–2015 was highly decorated, compiling a 17–4 record while capturing multiple titles including:

Striking Coach
Introducing Coach Brooklyn, a seasoned professional cornerman and an esteemed figure in the world of combat sports. With a passion for excellence and a wealth of experience, Coach Brooklyn specializes in Bare Knuckle boxing, striking, kickboxing, and wrestling. As a dedicated member of the X combat wrestling traps MMA fight team, Coach Brooklyn brings a unique blend of expertise and strategic insight to his coaching approach. Renowned for his commitment to honing the skills of his athletes, Coach Brooklyn is recognized for his unwavering dedication to the craft and his ability to inspire those under his tutelage to reach new heights in their fighting careers. Whether in the corner or on the mat, Coach Brooklyn's guidance is marked by a profound understanding of the nuances of combat sports and an unwavering commitment to the success of his fighters.

Strength and Weightlifting
Mark Wall, aka "Crazy Legs" a 1993 graduate of The College of William and Mary with a degree in Psychology, has been passionate about weight training and bodybuilding since 1992. As a line dance and fitness instructor since 2011, Mark has showcased his dedication to health and wellness. Notably, he competed in the OCB, earning second place in Men's Amateur Debut Classic Physique and securing first place in Men's 50+ Classical Physique in 2023.

Jiu-Jitsu
Mickey Barker is a disabled Army Veteran with 36 months of combat experience during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served in the 3rd Infantry Division, where he taught the Modern Army Combatives Program—a self-defense system rooted in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, designed to keep soldiers mission-ready.
A lifelong student of martial arts, Mickey grew up in a Navy family and found comfort and consistency through jiu-jitsu during frequent military relocations. He later taught the Gracie Combatives kids program at Dojo of John’s Creek, GA.
After studying personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Mickey shifted his focus to Harm Reduction education through Overdose Lifeline. As a Harm Reductionist Coach, he is a passionate advocate for community-based programs like Brikhouse Boxing & Fitness, believing they are essential to empowering and uplifting youth in Portsmouth.
